illFX Education App

We are happy to be utilizing our illFX Education App even more this season! The App helps to streamline our business and our communications with parents and dancers. Once we receive your registration you will be able to access your account on the illFX App (available in the App Store and Google Play Store).  Please do not try to access your account until you receive login information from us so we can pre-load your registration information for you!

 
 

With the illFX Education App you will have access to:
Attendance Reporting
Class Schedule
Event Tickets (ie. Night of Apollo)
Crew Communication
Past Newsletters
And Much More!

If you do not have access to the App there is also a web based parent portal which you can access HERE.

Login Instructions

Getting started on illFX App:

  1. Download App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or visit https://app.gostudiopro.com/online/illfx

  2. Check your email (junk mail) for email from Dance Studio Pro containing your login details. Contact Cody (cody@illfxentertainment.com) if you have not received your login details.

  3. If you are using the Mobile App you will be prompted to enter your Parent Portal information.

  4. Once you are signed into the App, navigate to “Parent Portal” in the bottom menu. Here you may need to sign-in again using the email and password Dance Studio Pro sent you. If you are a returning parent you will use your sign-in information from last season.

  5. Under the More section, if you scroll to the bottom you will see a Waiver and Release section. Look over our Studio Policies and click "I agree to terms and conditions". Dancers cannot participate in classes until this has been filled out! Once you hit accept you are fully registered in illFX!

  6. Make sure to look around to learn more about the calendar, absence reporting, shared files, studio store, news and notes.
