A $105 Registration Fee is required for each dancer. If your registration fee is paid by July 15 the $105 will be applied to your first tuition payment in September. If you choose to register after this deadline the $105 registration fee will be in addition to the first tuition payment.  

To pay the $105 Registration Fee early you will need to login to your account (see the Additional Registration Details button) and pay by either e-transfer to info@illfxentertainment.com or using a credit card, visa debit or PayPal to pay via your account. There is a 3.05% charge when paying by card. All amounts are subject to 5% GST so please include that amount in your transfer.

The first tuition payment is due on the 15th of September and includes the first and last month's tuition (Sept and June). Remaining tuition payments will be charged on the 1st of the month until May 1, 2026. June Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. 

Your competition fee schedule will be communicated in the Fall and you will be notified as these fees come due. Each competition costs around $65/entry. There is a one-time Costume Fee of $185 for All-Style Teams which includes a Crew Shirt and your Competition Costume. Specialized Teams will be charged for a Crew Shirt but Competition Costume fees will be determined separately. Hotel and Bus fees may also apply for out-of-town competitions. 

Written notice from a parent or adult dancer is required to withdraw from the program. Written notice will be accepted only if submitted by email. This notice of termination must be received 15 days prior to the end of a given month or you will be charged for the following month. Once proper notice has been received, the monthly fees will be waived for the remainder of the program.

On December 1 all costume and competition fees become NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no refund for missed classes or prepaid classes.

The final day to withdraw is January 31. After this date you will be responsible to pay full tuition for the remainder of the year whether the dancer is attending class or not.

Bursaries are available for select dancers in need of financial support. Please click HERE to download the application. Bursaries will be applied to your account once approved. Bursary students will have their registration fee waived.
