Payments & Fees
A $105 Registration Fee ($100 + GST) is required for each dancer.
Tuition payments are due on the first of each month except for September. September & June payments are due September 15th. June tuition payments are non-refundable. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a $15 late fee.
Payments are processed through your account on our registration software, StudioPro.
From your account you can review your charges and balance. Your account can be accessed through our App or on the web.
AutoPay
All families are encouraged to sign-up for AutoPay through their Parent Portal. Add your payment details and never worry about missing a deadline!

Cancellation Policy
Written notice from a parent or adult dancer is required to withdraw from the program. Written notice will be accepted only if submitted by email. This notice of termination must be received 15 days prior to the end of a given month or you will be charged for the following month. Once proper notice has been received, the monthly fees will be waived for the remainder of the program.
On December 1 all costume and competition fees become NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no refund for missed classes or prepaid classes.
The final day to withdraw for the season is December 31. After this date you will be responsible to pay full tuition for the remainder of the season whether the dancer is attending class or not.
Bursary Program
Bursaries are available for select dancers in need of financial support. Please click HERE to download the application. Bursaries will be applied to your account once approved. Bursary students will have their registration fee waived.
