Absences will be considered EXCUSED if your absence is reported through the Parent Portal BEFORE class starts. Instructors see excused absences in their attendance so you do not need to reach out to them directly.
Though we appreciate efforts to explain absences directly to the instructor or in crew chats those absences may not be considered EXCUSED if they aren’t also reported through the Parent Portal.

We encourage reporting absences with as much notice as possible through your Parent Portal (available through the illFX App or online https://app.gostudiopro.com/online/illfx). You may enter future dates and multiple dates if you are planning to be away for several days.
If you forget to report an absence before the class starts please email admin@illfxeducation.com but ONLY use this option if you can’t report the absences through your Parent Portal..
Please remember dancers are responsible for learning any missed material on their own time.
